(Rec. 11.0.) WASHINGTON, Mar. 23. George Sylvester Viereck has been indicted on six counts of violating the Foreign Agent Registration Act by failing to register as a German agent. Viereck recently was freed from prison, after serving a year on a previous conviction. The Supreme Court lately upset the original verdict because of an error in the Judge’s charge to the jury.
