Confusing the invaders (Rec. 12.50) LONDON, Jan. 19. “The Times” Ankara correspondent says: According to the latest information from Greece, a guerrilla movement is gaining impetus, and great progress is being made in organision and co-operation between groups operating in various parts of the country. Almost all guerrilla bands have been formed by Greek officers who were not arrested by the Germans and Italians. They have taken the field, and were joined by thousands eager to fight the invader. The guerrilla leaders are issuing regular war reports, whicn are spread throughout Greece by secret chart nels. The latest encounters have occurred in Thessaly and Epirus. Italians lost 150 killed and wounded in a three-day battle near Agrafa. Italians and Germans are blaming each other for the situation, which helps to increase Greeg rhaos.
