PRISONERS IN JAPAN
REQUEST TO WRITERS OF' LETTERS. P.A. WELLINGTON, Jon. 19. The Japanese Prisoner cf War Bureau recomm°nds that all letters for prisoners of war and civilians interned in Japan or Japanese territory be typewritten or in block letters, and That letters be kent to the shortest nossihle length, Hon. P. C. Wehb (Postmaster-General) announced to-day. He urged writers to comply with the request.
