NEW JAP CHURCH
PROTESTANT DENOMINATIONS TO BE UNIFIED. (Rec. 9.10) NEW YORK, Nov. 25. The Tokio official radio says: The Domei News Agency reports the formation of a new Japanese Church of Christ, unifying all Protestant denominations in Japan, including the Y.M.C.A., Y.W.C.A. a.nd W.C.T.U. on a permanent basis. The Associated Press of America states: American observers believe that this announcement may be part of a peace offensive which the Japanese intend eventually to address to American church and benevolent groups.
