IN NEW YEAR

CHRISTCHURCH BYE-ELECTION. WELLINGTON, November 24.. The bye-election for the Christchurch' East seat rendered vacant by the death of 'Mr Armstrong, will not be held until the New Year. Mr Fraser added that he thought it likely that the byei-election would take place in either the third or the fourth week in January. 1
