HONG KONG LIST. P.A WELLINGTON, Nov. 23. The following civilians, who are prisoners of war in Japanese hands at Hong Kong have been reported to the Department of Internal Affairs through the New Zealand High Commissioner in London (Mr W. J. Jordan) :—

Victor J. MacKenzie, Hong Kong Police (Mother, Mrs H. J. Macaskill, Palmerston North).
