RECORD SHIPBUILDING. RICHMOND (California), Nov.lo. The freighter Robert E. Peary, was 70 per cent., complete 48 hours after the keel was laid on Sunday. The Kaiser shipyards announced it would probably be launched withi n a week. The interest of workers is so great that they have been asked to stay away when, off shift.
