FASCIST ATTACK
On Vatican Attitude THE NEUTRALITY QUESTION. LONDON, Nov. 16. Rome radio, quoting the paper “Regina Fascista” says: Nobody can denv that representatives of Italy's enemies are staying in Vatican City, including a clique of Jews and wellknown anti-Fascists. There is also the clan of the “Osservatore Romano,” the Vatican newspaper, which did not feel a moral urge to say a word of svmpathy and consolation to the victims of the barbaric British bombings. “It should never be repeated tnat the organ of the Holy See maintains strict neutrality. When it is a question of making common cause with the Poles, streams of ink tears are shed, and when a few churches were hit during the German advance in France “Osservatore Romano” calls it barbarism and profanity. Not a single word is published. however, about the six churches hit at Genoa. "This attitude cannot be considered one of neutrality, but one of solidarity with our enemies. Representatives of all enemy States are .living in Vatican City, who are endeavouring to jeonardise Italian interests in every possible way, and a noteworthy collaboration exists among them.
