ENEMY’S STRENGTH IN FRANCE.
(Rec. 10.40) LONDON, July 22. The diplomatic correspondent of ‘The Times” says: There is no truth in the suggestion that the Germans seriously diminished garrisons in France in order to reinforce their Russian front. If some divisions from France have been identified in Russia. others have taken their place, and the German force in France remains at twenty-five divisions.
