The “Times’s” Istanbul correspondent says:— Further details of Italian. Croat, and Hungarian atrocities .against the Serbians. ar e filtering through from Jugoslavia. '■ ""•‘‘i;' Forty-five schoolgirls from lead.r Ljubljana families-were taken to barracks, and turned over to Italiarsoldiers. Scenes of wild horror followed. The local population, alarmed by the girls’ cries stormed the barracks and attacked tile : soldiers. There were casualties;oh; both sides. A complaint was’ ma'de-'-fb' the Vatican. It only resulted in the dismissal of the Italian Police Commissioner. . Croats entered a church at Ogulm. wherein a Serbian wedding was bl ing celebrated, and took away the priest, bride and bridegroom, whose bodies were found with nails ariven into the feet. At Belgrade, the occupation authorities have forbidden people to wash clothes or bathe in the Danube and Sava rivers, because of the great number of mutilated bodies of s ® r ~ hiah men and women, killed, bv the Hungarians, and thrown into tar river, floating downstream.
