REFUSAL OF MILITARY SERVICE.

P.A AUCKLAND, June 12. Three brothers, whose father was born in Germany, were sent to prison by Mr F. H. Luxford, S.M., wile’l they appeared in the Magistrate s Court on charges of failing to render the service required as members of the New' Zealand Expeditiona. y. Force. T'hev were Clarence- Schiller, aged twenty-four years, Paul Sghiller, aged thirty-one, and Amiel Schiller, aged thirty-seven. We have relations in Germany,” replied Paul Schiller.
