200,000 TONS IN BRITAIN. (Rec. 11.50.) RUGBY, June 4. More than two hundred thousand tons of railings and gates have been collected in Britain, according to the latest official figures. Such metal as this represents the equivalent qt 125.000 “Valentine” tanks or enough scrap metal to manufacture steel for thirteen th'rty-five thousand-ton battleships.
