UNREST IN INDIA
LONDON, June 1.
It is anonunced in New Delhi that martial law has been proclaimed in parts of the Indian province of Sind. The step was taken because of outrages committed by a criminal sect. Recently these bandits have been responsible for the wrecking of trains, and in one derailment 24 persons were killed and 30 injured.
