CANADIAN PLEBISCITE
TROOPS FAVOUR CONSCRIPTION. (Rec. 11.45.) OTTAWA, May 6. Members of the Canadian Armed Forces at home and overseas east 251118 “yes” votes and 60,885 “no” votes in the recent manpower plebiscite. The total of Dominion votes' including those of the Services, now stands at 2,921,000 “yes” and 1,609,000 “no”, with 798 polls still not reported.
