A Military Court at Zurich sentenced, in Absentia, Franz Burri, and Major Ernest Leonhardt, the founders of National Socialism in Switzerland, to five years’ imprisonment, with loss of civil rights for ten. years, for an attempt, against the independence of the Swiss Confederation, and for other offences.
