SPEEDING UP WAR EFFORT. (Rec. 1.16). NEW DELHI, April 27. Dr. Henry Grady, leader of the United States technical mission, said that an urgent call was being made to the United States for the dispatch of machine tools and other equipment to India. A long-term advisory plan, covering two years, was also being worked out, involving extension of plants and erection of' new ones.
