BERNE, April 27. “Basler Nachrichten” says: It is reported from Budapest that a Brit-' ish plane dropped four officers m Yugoslav territory with the object of making contact with General Mikhailovitch’s Army. The four were a British officer, a non-commissioned officer, a former British ConsulGeneral and a Yugoslav. They were instructed to distribute funds among the insurgents, but they were- captured and were taken to Zagreb.
