EIRE'S DEFENCE
NO PETROL FOR PRIVATE CARS.
LONDON, March 16.
There wifi be no petrol for private motoring in Eire after May 1, and allowances for essential services will be drastically cut. Fifteen new fire stations are being built in Dublin, and 700 more firemen are to be recruited.
