Sales reported: Bank of New Zealand 36s 6d, Union Bank £6, P. & O. deferred 29s 6d. , MACDUFF’S LIMITED. At the annual meeting of Macduff’s Ltd., Messrs E. A. Herron, G.. H. Mackley and M. C. Walker were appointed directors of the company. Mr T. N. Gibbs was subsequently appointed chairman of directors. WOOLWORTH’S PROFIT [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, March 18. Woolworth’s Ltd. profit for the year ended January 31, is £309,975, which is subject to taxation. The directors recommend a dividend of six and a half per cent., making 125 per cent, for the year.
