GREYMOUTH SITTING. 4 At a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Greymouth yesterday, Mr G. G. Chisholm gave judgment for plaintiff bv default with costs in each of the following civil claims'. — R. and E. Tmgey and Co. Ltd. v. Mary Ellen Horan, £3 15s 7d, costs £1 3s 6d; Crown v. Raymond Holbrook, £8 2s, costs £2 Os 6d; Harker’s Tea Rooms Ltd. v. M. E. Horan, i) 10s, costs 17s; Rhjersdale Dairy Supplies Ltd. v. D. Baggot, £9 2s 5d costs £1 10s 6d; Tim Sinnot v. E. Payne, £3 3s, costs £1 3s 6d; same v. F. Guy, £6 7s 6d, costs £1 10s 6d; Macfarlane and Co. Ltd. v. W. J. Ferguson, costs only £1 8s; E. Els-more-v. Thomas McDonald, £ll 17s 6d, costs £.’> 14s; v. T. Williams, £1 17s 3c1.. costs 10s; same v. R. Burns, £1 17s lid, co:ts 8s; same v. H. Abbot, £2 2s 7d, costs £1 5s 6d; Frederick Herman Haves v. Joseph Kelly, £25 10s 9d, costs £4 11s 6d, and order for possession of chattels. On a judgment summons R. Beams was ordered to pav forthwith to Grey Electric Power Board the sum of £3 4s 3d, in default four days’ imprisonment. G. L. Selby was ordered to pay forthwith to D. \yallace the sum of £26 4s 6d, costs £1 Ils 6d, in default 21 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as £1 a week is pgid, first payment to be om March 3.
