N.Z. AIR CRASHES

PILOT OFFICER KILLED.

P.A. WELLINGTON, February 17. An officer of the R.N.Z.A.F., was killed, and an airman pilot under training, was seriously injured yesterday, when an aircraft of the R.N.Z.AI.F. crashed during a training flight. The personnel concerned were: — Killed: Pilot Officer Hugh Maxwell McGill. Father, Mr. Hugh McGill, of Eastbourne, Wellington. Seriously injured: Leading Aircraftman Geoffrey Rogers, who was admitted to hospital.

Two Killed ’PLANE CRASH YESTERDAY. P.A. WELLINGTON, Feb. 17. Two members of the R.N.Z.A.F. were killed in an aircraft accident this afternoon, when during dual flying instruction, an aircraft of the R.N.Z.A.F. crashed.
