ITALY’S PRECAUTIONS
AGAINST BRITISH INVASION (Rec. 7.30) LONDON. October 11. The British United Press correspondent says: According to a neutral correspondent, Italy is taking precautions against a British landing, lhe neutral correspondent toured part ot. the coast and found camouflaged guns and barded-wire entanglements behind beach huts, pavilions and jetties. The roads to the interior were strongly guarded VICHY, October It. Italy and Bulgaria have signed a ten million sterling trade agreement, under which Italy will import food and will export textiles, machinery and chemicals to Bulgaria.
