3,000 Japanese Troops FIGHTING AGAINST ECUADOR.
NEW YORK, July 24. News from Quito, the capital ot Ecuador, to-dav 'is that the Ecuador Government official bulletin asserted that there are at least 3000 Japanese officers and men in the Peruvian front lines in the renewal of the border fighting. . , , The message states that the border fighting has been very fierce to-day. Peru has a large Japanese population.
