SOVIET MINISTER’S STATEMENT.
(Rec. 10.40). LONDON, July 24. The Soviet Vice-Commissar ot Foreign Affairs, M. Lozovsky, commented in Moscow on the reported finding of documentary evidence that the Germans were preparing for chemical warfare. He said: “We will continue this war for years, if necessary. We value each drop of Russian blood higher than anything else in the world, but we will shed it all rather than yield. The Germans should not think that they alone possess poisonous substances.”
