PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE Estates of a value of £500,249 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of June, 1941. The total value of the estates and funds under administration by the Public Trustee on the 31st March, 1941, was £64,436,092. and the new business for the three months ended 30th June, was £1,438,926. Grands of administration made bv the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 167 for the month. During the month 620 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf ol testators and lodged fo r safe custody and 365 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testators. The total number of wills now held in the Public Trust Office on behalf of living persons is 106 648. WELLINGTON. July 22. With a surplus of £1,422,243 in the profit and loss account, including amounts due to suppliers to the Company’s butter, cheese, milk powcier and evaporated milk factories the New Zealand Co-ouerative Dairy Companies will make payment in full to sunpliers at the end of the month. The deferred nayment for the butter department is 2.6004 d. makimz a total average payment of 16.3016 d. Fo r cheese, pavments vary according to the conditions, the average being 18.2453 d.
