The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 25ft 3 n. The Hoimiea arrived on Saturday moining from Tarakohe, and after loading coal sailed for Nelson on Saturday night. She is due back tomorrow night to load coal for Cast’ecliff. The Alexander, from Tarakohe, arrived yesterday morning to load timber for Port Waikato. The Totara arrived yesterday afternoon from New Plymouth, to load coal for Wellington. The Kartigi arrived late last night from Wellington, to load coal far return . The Pukeko is due on Thursday to load coal for Miramar.
