NOT ATTENDING PARADES. CHRISTCHURCH, July 19. Legal action against a number of military defaulters in Chr’stchurch is pending, a majority of them being conscientious objectors whese appeals have been dismissed by the Armed Forces Appeal Board, an' 1 who have been ordered to undertake non-combatant service.
