N.Z. EGG MARKETING WELLINGTON, July 17. Under the title Egg Marketin'” Regulations, 1940, Amendment No. 1. gazetted to-night, some revision is made of the Dominion’s egg marketing machinery. Provision is made for better organisation of the marketing of eggs from the country u.stricts or districts a considerable distance from the marketing areas; also for the control of the surplus of e" <r s, and for transfer of eggs between marketing areas. The amendment also provides for the equalisation of pool accounts, based on prices fixed after consultation with the local committees, the Price Tribunal and the Internal Marketing Division.
