Move Against Him BY MEMBERS OF HIS PARTY. (Rec. 7.30). SYDNEY, July 20. _ The Prime Minister. Kr. Hon. R. GMenz es, has cal ed a United Australia Parliamentary Party for Mona y July 28, to test the challenge to h s leadership by the minority' section of his Party. Demands have been made by Mr Hutchinson, Victorian U.A.P. Member, that a meeting of the combine;. Government Parties (United Austral.a and United Country Parties) should be held. These have been ignored by Mr Menzies, who has tai;en the view that the “rebel element is confined to the U.A.P. members Mr Menzies is expected to light any attempt at the U.A.P. meeting to depose him either from the leadership of the Party or the Prime Ministership. . Mr Hutchinson said that Mr Menzies’ failure to call a meeting .of tne combined parties was incompauh e with his professed dislike for party politics.
