PRESIDENTIAL TROPHY. The Greymouth Tennis Club team (holders), defeated Runanga by three matches, seven sets, 69 games to one match, five sets and 60 games In a match for the Presidential Trophy, played at the Greymouth courts, on Sunday. The doubles matches were not completed, owing to rain. The results, with the Greymouth players mentioned first in each case, were as follows: — Singles: T. Childs v. J. Baddeley 6/4, 4-6, 9/11; K. McLauchlan v. R. Armstrong 6/2, 2/6. 6/3; E. Pattinson v. S. Kennedy 6/4, 6/8, 6/3; H. Hill v. A. Winstanley 5/7, 7/5, 6/1. United defeated the Hokitika Club’s A team on Saturday by 14 sets to 5. Playing at the Greymouth courts on Saturday, the Greymouth Club’s B team defeated Hokitika B by 18 sets to 6. Reefton Club won a match against West port on Sunday, by 208 games 21 sets to 147 games 9 sets
