AIRCRAFT LOSSES
LAST WEEK’S COMPARISON LONDON, March 16. Aircraft losses in the last, week show a balance of five to one in Britain’s favour. Established enemy losses were 110, against Britain’s 22. The pilots of some of the British machines are safe. The German losses were distributed as follows: Brought down over Britain 32; brought down in Albania and Africa, 70; destroyed by the Navy, 2; destroyed over enemy territory and in the Channel, 6.
