In compliance with the request of the British Ministry of Food the shipment of ewe mutton weighing over 72 lb. is limited to the 1938-39 proportions of these grades to the total mutton carcases shipped and all freezing companies are expected to confine shipments of carcases weighing 731 b. and over to these proportions.
