ITALIAN EXCURSION
LEADS TO RIOTING IN ARGENTINA TOWN. (Received .February 10. 7.45 p.m.’. LONDON, February 10. At Bahia Blanca, a sea port in South East Argentina, there was an Italian excursion for the benefit of the Red Cross on Sunday. It ended in rioting when young Argentinians shouted down the Italian Consul as he wa q attempting to make a speech. Twenty were wounded in a battle. The police released 400 persons alter questioning them.
