CHRISTCHURCH, February 10. Sale reported: Broken Hill Proprietary 465. LONDON, February 8. Stock Exchange markets, which have been stagnant for weeks, showed signs of a recovery. The tone improved, but there is no noticeable increase in business. A leading dealer summed up the position: “We are not jobbing on Benghazi, but on the fate of the French Fleet.” The market has been busyj during the week.
