FOR FATAL NEGLIGENCE IN CAR. TIMARU, February 4. A. line of £lO and disqualification from obtaining a drivers’ licence tor a period of five years was imposed on Anthony John Johns, a tractor driver, of Ashburton, who had pleaded guilty and appeared for sentence in the Supreme Court on a charge of negligently driving a car thereby causing death.
