(Received December 6, 10.0 p.m.). LONDON, December 6A. New Zealand Army fifteen beat Oxford Universiey by 21 points to 5. The New Zealander s were eight up after ten minutes’ play, through tries being scored by Fowler, and King, the' first being converted by Patterson.
Oxford replied with a converted try. Then the New Zeal’anoers, win- ! ning most of the scrums, showed much superior form. Fowler and Cooper scored two fine tries, and Patterson converted both, but he failed with a try scored by Campbell, the only New Zealand back to get a try. >.
