The Socialist Leader, Mahendra Nath Roy is planning t 0 mobilise Indian masses against Fascism. He has proposed an all-India conference for preliminary discussions, to be held at Calcutta on December 30.
In a statement outside Congress he said there were many patriots of distinction, integrity and ability who could faithfully represent the popular will and promote national welfare
