INFORMATION FOR ENEMY
SOME TRADE ATALOGUES. Reputable business firms have, unwittingly, 'disclosed important information to the enemy in catalogues, leaflets and publicity matter mailed abroad, says the Australian Department of Information. Generally the information contained in this matter is of no value to the
enemy, but occasionally details of important processes, improvements to machines, sketch maps of localities and similar matter which might greatly assist the forces against which we are fighting has been included. Australian firms have been warned to use the utmost care in the preparation of their catalogues and publicity matter so that no information that might be helpful to the enemy shall be included.
