The annual meeting of the InterWanganui Dairy Coy. was held at the factory on Monday afternoon. A car load of Rugby supporters left here on Friday afternoon to attend the Canterbury _v. West. Coast Rugby fixture. The Rugby fixture last. was between North (Harihari) ami South (Wataroa). The game was played at Wataroa on Saturday afternoon to select an A and B lean, to play A and B fifteens at Hokitika. At the interval of the fixture the Wataroa fifteen was leading by 3 points to nil, but after th e changeover Harihari had th e better of the game and scored 9 points. The game ended by the visitors winning by on_ point. Mr W. Henderson had cnatg-i of the game.
