NATIVE DRILLING Banned by Government [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received August 6 1.20 a.m.) SIMLA, August 5. The Government of India has prohibited the use of unofficial uniforms and also drilling by certain nonclficial volunteer organisations. The semi-military discipline and the uniforms of these organisations are regarded as dangerous.
