DRUNK IN CHARGE. WELLINGTON, August 3. Edward Holmes, a coal dealer, aged 56. twice fined and once Imprisoned for a fortnight for similar offences, was to-day sentenced at Petone to a month’s imprisonment .for intoxication in charge of a. motor vehicle, and prohibited from driving for three years.
