LEOPOLD’S CHILDREN. BASLE, August 1. King Leopold’s three children have returned to Belgium from Portugal. Field-Marshal Goering supplied a special plane, to carry the children to King Leopold. GERMAN PRISONERS. LONDON, August 1. A further German prisoner of war list contains 100 names, of which 60 are Army, 35 Air Force, and two Navy.
