Roumanians Intention (Received July 31, 9.50 p.m., BUCHAREST, July 31. The Roumanian Prime Minister issued a statement, after a Cabinet meeting, in which he said that icoumania was determined to keep tne Bulgarian and the Hungarian territorial claims on Roumania “within certain limits, and this forcibly, if necessary.” He added that Roumania wa s determined not to permit any further Loss of her territory after tne Inanner in which Russia took Bessarabia and Bukovina from her. GERMANY AND SLOVAKIA. LONDON, July 31. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Balkans correspondent says; Herr Hitler has appointed Herr Manfred Von Knlinger as the German Minister to Slovakia. Germany is determined to end a situation in which inner political considerations have interfered with her rights in Slovakia. Rev. Dr. Tiso, the President of Slovakia, has appointed M. Tuka as Foreign Minister, in addition io his beins Prime Minister.”
