' News has been received from a port of Eastern Canada that two liners have arrived there from England, bringing 2000 refugees, half of whom are children. NEW YORK, July 29. Two Cunard liners, the Britannic, from Liverpool, and the Cameronia, from Glasgow, have arrived at New York. A |otal of 272 children, ail accompanied by their parents, relations or guardians, arrived, under private arrangements to go to friends or relations in the United States. The Cameronia brought about 100 unaccompanied children. OTHER ARRIVALS NEW YORK, July 29. Four children of the ex-empress Zita of Austria arrived by Clipper.
