Incorporation into Russia (Received July 30, 5.5 p.m.i MOSCOW, July 30. The Moscow radio has made the following announcement: Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian Par.iamentary delegations, comprising twenty members each, hax 7 e arrived in Moscow. They are attending a meeting of the Soviet Supreme Council on Thursday, when they will present a request for the incorporation of ths Baltic States in the Soviet. Soviet Protest at BRITISH PRECAUTION. LONDON, July 29. M. Maisky has protested to Britain against th e freezing of the issxoman, Latvian and Lithuanian London balances. Russia has alleged tnat the Baltic States asked the British to release the credits, three days before seeking incorporation in the Soviet. CLAIM FOR SOVIET NAVY. STOCKHOLM, July 25. Rear-Admiral Stainis, commander of the Russian fleet in Latvian waters, has issued a statement, that the Soviet navy is now stronger than lie German and Japanese navies. He expected that it would be the worlds strongest, or among the strongest, by 1943.
