SATURDAY’S GAMES Results of Saturday's matches: Second Grade: Convent Old Girls’ B 10, St. Mary’s E 4. Third Grade: Paroa 10, Technical C 3. Cobden 24, Technical O.G. C 11. The selectors (Mrs I. Manning, Miss M. E. Ray and Mr R. J. Armstrong) have chosen th e following team to represent West Coast against Buller on August 10:— Forwards: D. Clarke (Tech. 0.G.), N. Grogan, E. Hannan (Convent O. Centres: C. Close (Convent 0.G.), R. ■Nimmo, S. Sandman (Tech. 0.G.). Defenders: E. Thomson (Paroa), M. Tunnell (St. Mary’s), E. Armstrong (Tech. 0.G.). Emergency: E. Rohloff (Convent 0.G.). A practice for those players who played in Saturday’s trial match will be held to-morrow at the Drill Hall at 8 p.m. Fixtures for Wednesday (Schools’ Grade): Section 1: St. Mary’s D v. Tech. D at Main School (court 1), 3.55 (Mrs Clarke); Tech. D v. St. Ursula’s, at Main School (court 2), 3.55 (Mrs Ellis); St. Mary’s E v. St. Patrick’s A at St. Patrick’s court, 4 p.m. (Miss Nimmo). Section 2: Tech. E v. Tech. F at Tech. School, 3.40 (Miss Ray); St. Mary’s F v. Tech. G at Main School (court 1), 3.55 (Miss Reedy); St. Patrick’s B v. Tech. H at St. Mary’s court, 4 p.m. (Miss McGrath).
