MORE LEAFLETS DROPPED ALL TRADE STOPPING. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable A.ssn.] LONDON, July 27. A British plane dropped leaflets over Vichy yesterday, despite antiaircraft fire. VICHY, March 27. The French Government has blocked British accounts in France. This is a reprisal for similar British action in blocking French accounts m Britain. This means the ending of all Anglo-French commercial exchanges. FRANCE AND ITALY. DJIBOUTI SIEGE ENDED. DJIBOUTI, July 27. The French-Italian Armistice Commission has arrived at Djibouti. The state of siege at Djibouti has been terminated. GERMANS RELEASE PRISONERS. FOOD SHORTAGE IN NORTPI FRANCE. (Received July 28, 10 30 p.m.? BERNE, July 27. A food shortage in the occupied part of Franc e is forcing the Germans to release hundreds of thousands of prisoners. These ar e being deported to the unoccupied territory, irrespective of their original domicile. Twenty-six thousand have been released from camp at Surgeres. LONDON, July *2B. A Vichy message states that’ by order of the Germans al! passenger train services between th e occupied and unoccupied zones in France ceased at 5 a.m. to-day. GENERAL DE GAULLE’S APPEAL. (Received July 28, 7.30 p.m.) VICHY, July 27. General Dp Gaulle, who is in Loudon, has filed an appeal against, the court martial' sentences.
