Sympathy in Illness FEDERATION OF LABOUR. WELLINGTON, March 19. The following resolution in reference to the Prime,Minister (Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage’s) illness, was passed at the annual conference of the New Zealand ’ Federation of Labour: — “That this conference extends, its heartfelt sympathy to Mr Savage in his illness, records its appreciation of his long years of service to the ideals of labour, and expresses the. earnest hope that he will soon bo restored to health, encl that the Labour Movement will have the benefit of his wise leadership for many years to come, and that this resolution be conveyed to Mr Savage forthwith.”
