ALLIED LOANS FOR TURKEY TO CUT GERMANY OUT. . (Received January 16, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 15. “The Times” Istanbul correspondent says: The Anglo-French-Turkish agreement provides for a credit t$ Turkey of twenty-five millions sterling for armaments, also a loan of fifteen millions sterling, and a commercial loan of three and a-hal'f millions sterling. The loans are to be redeemable with' a goods agreement, which it is hoped, will be a permanent one. This financial assistance will liberate Turkey from a threat of a' German trade monopoly.
