Project in the East (Recevied October 21, 1.20 ami.) SINGAPORE, October 20. It is reported, from Bangkok, that the Thailand and Indochina, railway administrations have agreed to construct a link between Aranyaprades and Mongkolbory, thus forming a continuous track from Saigon to Bangkok and Singapore.
